Refresh and Rebuild your Voice! | May 2026
Voice and text workshop with Françoise Walot and Martha Gray
These workshops are founded on Kristin Linklater’s vocal training progression and will cover physical awareness and release, resonance, vocal range and clarity.
They will prepare you for public reading and speaking, help you to explore audition material and provide you with tools for rehearsing.
We will apply voice work to text, exploring the connections between impulses and breath, thoughts, images and the act of speaking. The work will be both collective and individual, with opportunities for coaching to help restore the voice and the speaking of text to the whole body.
Dates:
Saturday May 2nd from 10:30 – 4pm
+ May 9 & 30 - 2-4pm and May 16 & 23 - 10:30 - 12:30
Venue:
The workshops will take place at the Old School House, 38 Hertford St, Oxford OX4 3AL or at the St Margaret's Institute, 30 Polstead Road, OX2 6TN.
